MARIO URIBE | MANAGING PARTNER
Mario has more than 15 years in real estate investments and financing as a member of the Finance Group at JP Morgan and TD Bank and as a Director at a private West Coast based real estate group. His responsibilities at Park 49 are to analyze the feasibility of all of the endeavors that the firm undertakes and to execute its core strategy, which is to achieve “Best in Class” rate of returns while maintaining a conservative level of risk. Prior to starting his finance and real estate career, Mario served receiving various meritorious and distinguished commendations in the US Navy as an Air Tower Supervisor onboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation.
YULIANA DYUKAREVA | BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS
Ms. Dyukareva acts as a liaison with our clients and partners. She is also responsible for marketing the firm’s initiatives. Prior to joining Park 49, Ms. Dyukareva was in business development for various technology start-ups and at Thomson Reuters.
MARK DUNNETT | CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
Mark brings more than 25 years of construction experience through Rosewood Commercial, a New York/Chicago company which undertakes real estate projects throughout the United States focusing on Hospitality, Retail Commercial and Residential. He overseas the design, planning and construction of real estate projects and is responsible for managing a team of talented Architects, Engineers and Contractors subcontracted by the firm.
REBEKAH WOO, CFA-CAIA | INVESTMENT STRATEGY ADVISOR
Rebekah possesses more than 12 years of financial and investment experience and focuses on developing and executing the investment strategy for Park 49. Prior to joining Park 49, Rebekah spent more than 8 years with the Government of Singapore, analyzing and sourcing investment deals. After that, Rebekah spent 4 years with a New York single family office.
LIA VYDRIA, CFA | INVESTMENT RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Lia overseas the due diligence research and analysis for Park 49’s transactions. Lia previously held positions with leading financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, TD Bank and the Ontario Teachers' Plan, where she analyzed conventional financial instruments and derivatives.
GORDON KER, ESQ-CFA | DEAL STRUCTURING ADVISOR
Gordon has a wealth of experience in the real estate, leisure and hospitality sectors across North America and Europe both as a principal and advisor. He brings his entrepreneurial flair and investment background to Park 49 in the origination and execution of opportunities for groups to enter new markets and territories.
